SECURITY POLICY

Optimus Gaming PTY LTD uses the PayPal Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. PayPal processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.
All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the PayPal gateway are secured payments.
Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Optimus Gaming PTY LTD or any outside party.
PayPal at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Optimus Gaming PTY LTD.

DELIVERY POLICY

After booking online, you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send you’re booking confirmation via email within 2 hours.
If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at bookings@optimusgaming.com.au.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

If you cancel or move your booking with less than 48 hour notice, your payment will not be refunded.
If you are drug or alcohol affected, you may not be allowed to play. You will not get any refund in this case.
Please email us at bookings@optimusgaming.com.au if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
A refund fee may apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you notice us about your cancellation more than 48 hours before your session, your payment will be refunded.
We do not accept last minute cancellations.
Rescheduled bookings will not be refunded.
If you have any issues with your booking leading up to your session, you can contact the office at bookings@optimusgaming.com.au between 11am – 8pm, Wednesday - Sunday.
Bookings can only be cancelled at the discretion of Optimus Gaming PTY LTD.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to check-in, attend the safety briefing and it will give you an opportunity to get familiar with the games and experiences. If you are late, it will cost you your gaming time.
If you have booked the group session and one or more of the members of your group is late, you have two options:
You can start the game without them but if they arrive after 20 minutes, they cannot join.
You can wait for them to arrive but your in-game play will be cut short.

BROKEN OR DAMAGED EQUIPMENT POLICY

Fees will be assessed for any equipment which was damaged or broken in the venue durning the session.
